Architectural
Drawings - Exteriors
This
is a drawing of a 1930's building prime for remodeling
and renovation.
Previously used for office space and a
Cafe. Located just east of I-25 and
just north of Zang's
Brewery in Northwest Downtown Denver.
I envisioned this building's windows replaced with simple
tinted panes,
low venting windows at the bottom to bring a more contemporary look to
the building. I feel there is
tremendous period character to the building
which would
be wonderful to preserve.
The floor plan has also lots of potential ... either by
maintaining the cozi-
ness of the small rooms or by
opening it up to a more airy environment.
This is a drawing of a 18' x 20' Modified
A-Frame vacation home I
designed, with a 1 car garage basement level, laundry
area, exercise
room and a hobby workshop. A main floor level with a
sunken living
room area with a built in fireplace, a dining area, a
kitchen area and
half bath. A third or upper level with full bath and
bedroom area with
a built in fireplace and a deck off the bedroom area.
This Modified A-Frame is anticipated for year round use
and built in a
heavily treed rolling terrain or set back some distance
from the shore
of a mountain lake.
